Halloween

We enjoy Halloween, but not all month long.  Usually we are too obsessed with the Postseason to notice that Halloween is coming up.  We like jumping into the festivities at the very last minute.  So on the 29th we went to a farm for Ryan's field trip.  Then we went back to the school for the costume parade and party.  The kids had such a great time.  We had to hurry and watch a couple of Halloween movies and carve pumpkins to enjoy as much of the holiday as we could.  Everyone seemed to have a good time!  Here are a few pictures:
This is Leah's first grade class getting ready for their party.

This is Ryan being silly before the parade.

This is Leah as a queen butterfly with her friend, Nivea as a mermaid.

Here is Dallan as himself, a nerd.
Ryan was done trick or treating after our little circle because he wanted to get started on eating candy right away.
I threw this pic in here because I don't have any pregnancy shots on this blog.  Here I am about 36 1/2 weeks pregnant.
Leah got started on her candy right away.
I carved (and designed) the top pumpkin.  Clay did the skull and Dallan did the bottom one.  Next year we need to carve them earlier....seems like a waste to carve them and set them out for only one day.
This is Leah and her boyfriend Greggory.  Yes, they are a couple and it is well known around this neighborhood.  Too bad he is moving next month.
